Hello Happiness!
Shit, it’s been nearly a week. I’m so sorry everyone. Really, my heart bleeds for you.
My head hurts and I have lots to say, but then again I don’t.
Trista, Greg, and I went to Amoeba Music on Sunset last night. It was my first time. I went slightly nuts in their clearance section, after already buying four cheap CDs at Lovell’s in Uptown Whittier. I bought a wopping eight clearance CDs, one not-so-cheap XTC live album, and two vinyl musical soundtracks for Trista. Yes, that is nine CDs and two vinyls for under $20. God bless clearance music.
I run on feeling. I go through every single CD in the clearance aisle, took me about fifteen minutes really, and I grab anything that catches my eye and that I feel I should get. I haven’t gotten through every disc yet, but there at least two decent ones. One of the discs I picked up because it looked like it was a string quartet, but in reality it was, as Greg christsened it, “screemo”, which is to say it was emo but the vocalist screams like a little bitch. Really bad. The live XTC album is really great.
Trista and I saw The Brothers Grimm today. I’ll review it after this.
Tomorrow night is Rocky as per usual. I’ll be taking Trista, Mike, Chandler, and possibly Greg if nothing comes up for him. Kind of cool that, after expecting Greg to never ever go again, he actually might be going for a third time.
Everything is dandy, which is great.
I took some pictures the other day. Here are two of them for consumption.
