Hair
i stand behind her
and see grand visions
of a nazi regime
stalking across the landscape
setting jewish babies on fire
i stand in front of her
and see beauty unimaginable
by common man
the brown waves
obscuring her left eye
alluding to mysteries
that may never be revealed
her hair lights a spark in my brain
and i have visions of things
that no woman has ever
made me contemplate
for this,
i am thankful
but my thanks is tinged
with a trace of fear
hmmmmmph..
It’s not nearly so bad as you claim.
I rather enjoy it.
(I’m glad my hair is such an inspiration.)
