This is the companion piece to my Best Albums of 2005 list. I was originally going to narrow down the Best Songs of 2005 to about CD length, but I decided there are too many awesome songs. And by too many, I mean, 38. Luckily, instead of just reading a big stupid list, you get to listen to them. You need Macromedia Flash and a pretty beefy connection to stream these songs. Anything over a dial up modem should do. Clicking on “More Info” under the album art will either take you to the Amazon page for the album or the artist’s official site.
