Happiness
I got this message from a complete stranger the other day through AIM. It brought a smile to my face and is exactly what I run this site for, namely the hope that someone will find something that will make them better in some way. (Also so that people can marvel, laugh, mock, or otherwise benefit in some temporary way from reading about my train-wreck life.)
Hello stranger. My name’s CJ. I found you by Googling for information on Stanley Donwood. Whereby I found your web site, containing some sort of log/conversation with an AIMite who had apparently copied material from a RH web site. Since I liked your argument, I further looked around your site, examined your blog, where I learned of Philip K Dick. Being in quite a sorrowful mood at the time, and with nothing to do, I further looked into him, and read, first, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. Then Radio Free Albemuth. I have Deus Irae now, and plan to read it soon. But either way, I’m quite a happier person now. In some strange indirect way thanks to you.
