I wasn’t really sure if I was going to announce this here, but I might as well just to get Google on my side.

If you’re family you can safely stop reading right about now.

I finally started up something I’ve been thinking of for a few weeks now. I’ve been wanting to try to do something online that could potentially make me some sort of money. The first idea was a music review site, pairing up with Mike and Greg, but that proved to be a lot more difficult to get off the ground quickly due to a complete lack of actual semi-professional experience in the realm of critique. Also, it would take a lot longer and a lot more work to see any sort of return on time investment.

So, inspired by one of my favorite blogs, Sexoteric, I decided to start up my own erotica-blog, or whatever you want to call it. Sexoteric has always entertained me but they don’t update nearly as much as I’d like and they don’t cover 100% of my interests. So, who better to fill that void than… well, myself?

And, so, now we have Erotonomicon. An erotica blog run by myself, under an alias of course.

I’m pretty proud of myself, this is the first time I’ve really followed through on something. It’s a lot of work, setting up affiliate accounts and deciding on banner and icon placement and what fits with the theme of the site. I go through about 400+ blog posts a day just looking for content along with trying to find other stuff suitable for posting. It’s a lot of fun, however, and it’s something I definitely enjoy doing so it’s not a problem. Still, a lot of work, but good enjoyable work.

So, again, one last time, yay for a vast array of the darkly erotic and sensual run by yours truly.
