I feel angry tonight. Really angry. Like hulk smash angry. I’m not sure why. There’s a cycle of emotional stages I go through I think. It goes something like this.

1. Happiness
2. Overwhelming Depression
3. Confused (Don’t Know Who I Am)
4. Contentment
5. Blissfully Ignorant of My Overwhelming Misery
6. FUCKING PISSED THE FUCK OFF (This one is short)
7. Angsty
8. Full of Overwhelming Joy and Hope for the Future
9. Return to Step 1

Right now I’m at step six. I’ll be at seven after tomorrow night. I’m glad I know this about myself.
