I was forced to remove The Verge from my RSS feed reader today after two weeks where clicking on any interesting article led me to a paywall. I’m sorry, but if we’re entering a new media landscape where I have to directly pay for news and information, the last people I am going to pay for it are Nilay Patel and David Pierce, quite possibly the most smug talking heads on tech YouTube. Okay, second only to that Ed Zitron guy, but that guy is a complete moron and a phony, to Nilay and David’s credit, they are smart people.
